WebZip is designed to avoid storing user files entirely. Compression, extraction, and encryption run in your browser tab and files never reach our servers.

What data we process

• Files stay local and are never uploaded.
• Job metadata remains in memory and is cleared when you refresh.
• Contact submissions are sent only when you use the contact form.

Cookies and consent

Only essential preferences are stored by default. Analytics and ads remain disabled until you opt in. You can change your choice any time using the Manage preferences link in the footer.

Advertising and analytics

If you opt in, Google AdSense may show ads and analytics may record anonymous usage trends. We do not collect file contents, filenames, or passwords.
